Poryadniy Gazda - a restaurant and shop of Transcarpathian products in Mukachevo
Our restaurant
"Poryadniy Gazda" is not just delicious local cuisine, trasncarpathian flair, and the cultivation of ancient traditions. It is also our own production of eco-friendly, locally sourced products, resulting in total enjoyment of every dish.
In our kitchen you will find not only dishes, but also stories. Every product, every ingredient we use has its own unique story – from the idea of our farmers, the careful daily care and high standards of production, to the combination with other products in your dish to create a symbiosis of taste.
Our restaurant is not just a journey into the world of Transcarpathian culinary art. It is a reflection of the warmth of a family hearth, the caring hand of the owner, who creates gastronomic masterpieces.
