  • 🚚 Do you offer delivery? How long does delivery from “Poryadniy Shop” take?

    Gazda delivers products from Poryadniy Shop all across Ukraine (except temporarily occupied territories). The estimated delivery time within Mukachevo will be shared via text message or phone call. Delivery times to other cities and villages follow Nova Poshta schedules. An order is considered confirmed once our manager has processed it via a confirmation phone call to the customer.

  • ⏰ How quickly will my order be dispatched?

    Our manager accepts orders daily from 11:30 AM to 9:45 PM and works promptly to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

  • 💰 Is there a minimum order amount?

    No. A special perk: for orders over 800 UAH, delivery within the city of Mukachevo is free (once a week on a designated day).

  • 🪙 What is the delivery cost?

    Delivery within the city of Mukachevo is arranged via local taxi service at the customer’s expense. Delivery to other cities is handled by Nova Poshta according to carrier rates and is covered by the customer.

  • 📍 Is pickup available?

    Yes, pickup is available from our Poryadniy Shop located at: 36a Erdeli St., Mukachevo, Transcarpathian region.

  • 💳 What payment methods do you accept?

    For pickup orders, payment is available in cash or by Visa / MasterCard.
    For delivery orders, we accept advance card payment via digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay! Please note: if your order includes items sold by weight, payment becomes available once the exact weight is confirmed.
